At Harris & Bruno

we are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of print technology to deliver exceptional quality and innovation. Our latest collaboration with Sylvamo exemplifies this commitment, resulting in a series of holiday cards that showcase the capabilities of our new in-line press technology.

Innovative Digital Embellishment

Our cutting-edge in-line press technology allows for digital embellishment to be applied directly to uncoated paper, without the need for lamination, or a secondary process to the media. This advancement not only reduces production costs but also opens new avenues for creative expression in print materials.

The Collaboration with Sylvamo

In partnership with Sylvamo, we selected Accent® Opaque Heavyweights 120 lb. Smooth as the canvas for our holiday card samples. This uncoated sheet was ideal for demonstrating how you can still feel the warm fibers of of the uncoated sheet, even after it goes through the ZRX.

Showcasing Diverse Finishing Techniques

We designed a series of holiday cards, each featuring a unique finishing technique to enhance their tactile and visual appeal. The finishings included holographic foil, gold foil, silver foil, and bronze foil, over a matte finish.

Exceptional Results

The combination of the ZRX's digital embellishment and Sylvamo's Accent® Opaque paper resulted in holiday cards that are not only visually stunning but also very cost-effective to produce. This collaboration highlights the potential for designers and brands to create high-quality print materials efficiently.

We are proud of the innovative solutions developed through our partnership with Sylvamo and look forward to continuing to advance the possibilities in print technology.
