New Plant Manager Daniel Carr Brings Lean Principles to H&B

ROCKLIN, CA – Harris & Bruno International announces that Daniel Carr has been hired as Plant Manager of the H&B Rocklin and Roseville locations. As of May, Daniel’s role is to implement systems to sustain the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the two plants.

“We are excited to have Daniel on the team,” said Vice President of Operations, Jim Riga. “His experience and passion for manufacturing and lean principles make him a great fit for our organization.”

Daniel joins the H&B team with 21 years experience in a manufacturing environment, and 16 years experience as an Operations Manager. He is currently finishing a degree in Business Technical Management from DeVry University before continuing on to Keller University in Folsom for his Master’s degree in Business; Project Management.

“I think that H&B has a great base of people willing and accepting to change,” Daniel said. “It was easy to come into a company like this and become a huge part of their lean transformation. People here are empowered to grow themselves and improve the company, which is a huge plus for me.
