From sponsoring community organizations to taking part in food drives, attending career fairs, or offering educational field trips to local schools, Harris & Bruno gives back often to show that we are a participating and caring member of the Greater Sacramento Area.

APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
Harris & Bruno has long recognized the shortage of skilled talent in the manufacturing industry. Many companies lament the lack of talent, but do anything to solve the problem themselves. Realizing the importance of attracting bright minds to our industry, H&B is proud to have an apprenticeship program, where students and those with a passion for manufacturing can work alongside longtime H&B employees.

H&B has partnered with local schools to help develop the curriculum that the manufacturing industry desperately needs. We have also developed our own structured program which consists of textbook training, and a learn by doing program to instill proper manufacturing disciplines. One can witness the success of this program by walking through the H&B manufacturing plant and observing a very young median age.
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
H&B also offers internships to students who are looking to gain valuable industry experience. These temporary work positions allow students to learn and work with professionals in manufacturing, engineering, and various other departments within H&B. We work around student schedules through part-time, weekend, and swing shifts.
